Delivery Charges
- The delivery charge varies with each seller on Eoperator. Sellers may apply a nominal delivery charge for low-value items to offset logistics costs. Please refer to your order summary for specific delivery charges.
Free Delivery
- For products labeled as "Eoperator Plus," a delivery charge of Rs 40 per item may apply if the order value is less than Rs 500. Orders of Rs 500 or above enjoy free delivery.
Delivery Timeline
- The estimated delivery date may not correspond to the 0-7 business days due to holidays or non-working days between order placement and delivery. We add a day to the estimated date to accommodate this. Some courier partners and sellers do not operate on Sundays, and this is factored into the delivery dates.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Sellers strive to procure and ship items within the specified time mentioned on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. The estimated delivery time depends on the seller, product availability, destination, and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.
Hidden Costs
- Eoperator ensures transparency, and there are no hidden charges. The price displayed on the product page is final and all-inclusive.
Cash on Delivery (CoD)
- CoD availability depends on our courier partner's ability to accept cash at the time of delivery. Check the product page by entering your pin code to verify CoD availability in your location.
Returns
- Returning items is easy. Contact our customer support to initiate a return. our Logistics partner will facilitate the pick-up of the item wherever possible. If not, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the seller.
Non-Receipt of Order
- If you did not receive your order but received a delivery confirmation, report the issue within 7 days for investigation.
Product Availability Status
- 'In Stock': Items available for immediate delivery. Delivery times are mentioned based on your location pin code.
- 'Available': Sellers can procure items upon order placement. The delivery time depends on estimated procurement and shipping time to your location.
- 'Preorder': Items expected to be released soon can be pre-booked and will be shipped on the official release launch day, reaching you in 2 to 6 business days.
- 'Out of Stock': Currently not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to receive updates on availability.
- 'Imported': Items sourced from outside India may take at least 10 days or more for delivery.
- 'Back In Stock Soon': Popular items temporarily sold out, but orders can be booked for future shipment.
- 'Temporarily Unavailable': Currently out of stock, expected to be in stock soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature for updates.
- 'Permanently Discontinued': No longer available due to obsolescence.
- 'Out of Print': No longer being published and permanently discontinued.
International Delivery
- Eoperator does not currently offer international delivery. Purchases can be made with cards issued in India and select countries, but delivery must be within India.
